Leadership team workshops

The Ask: We have a new team and want to work more effectively together as we face some unprecedented challenges.

My Approach: Pre-assess team opportunity areas to tailor the workshop to the team’s needs. Focused on relational leadership skills identified by the team with specific and current leadership challenges.

The Outcome: The newly formed team began to coalesce and immediately started taking the relationship building learnings to heart while starting on the challenging work ahead of them.
